I have to say Luis R really did come and take care of our carpet for us. Due to another company’s technician coming in with dog poop on the bottom of his boots. Luis really made the carpet spotless and was quick at the job. Thank you!!! Must use their service. Update: we had another mess on the carpet and once again Luis R and his partner came to clean the carpets. I have to say that Luis and his crew didn’t leave any doubt in our mind if it was clean or not. But I have to say he is a professional every time and we are ecstatic every time we see him come to clean because we know it is going to be done right. Thank you again Luis R and your partner for the awesome job!!! Must use this Company!!!!!

We just had 6 rugs cleaned by Pure Dry. The rugs look amazing! Our rugs had some problem areas and now they look great! Todd, Luis and Vlad were great to work with and communicated quickly and throughly. Highly recommend! We will use their services again for carpets and upholstery! They also do free pickup and delivery!

Todd and his team were great to work with. We had tile and carpet cleaned and the outcome we are very pleased with. The kitchen tile looks much brighter now. Looks great! We are planning on hiring them again for carpet repairs & cleaning on a stairway in our basement. This is a company you can count on to do good work.

Pure Dry always does a great job! My carpets look like new! I would not trust my floors to anyone else. Todd and his crew really care about their customers. We had a frozen line this winter that caused water spilling from our washing machine into our upstairs hallway. Pure Dry to the rescue! They dried everything out and came back for a cleaning.The carpet looks like new again! Good work! April 2024-Another excellent carpet cleaning with Pure Dry carpet care! Luis spent 3 hours taking great care in every room to make sure my carpets were perfect. We have dogs so the special treatment they apply works really well to keep our spaces clear of stains. I would highly recommend Pure Dry! Our carpet is about 16 years old and it looks like new!👍

Todd and Davis cleaned the carpet at my home today and I was very pleased with their work! They arrived at the time set for my appointment and I did not have to wait within a several hour time window, which was very convenient! They were friendly and talked with me about the work they were going to do. Todd asked about problem areas and gave me advice on how to reduce wear and tear. Todd also did some carpet repair for me in several doorways where the carpet was sliding back from the connecting tile floor. I had several rooms that needed cleaning and multiple doorways that needed repair, but the work was done in a timely manner. It was easy to book my appointment and Todd was very flexible with my schedule. I had checked into other carpet cleaning companies, but Pure Dry Carpet Care offered a lot more for my money. The customer service provided was top notch and I will definitely book with Todd again for my carpet cleaning needs. I highly recommend this company!

I would highly recommend Pure Dry carpet cleaning services! Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I used them prior to the holidays for the hallway, stairs, and bedroom carpet cleaning. They had not been professionally done in years. They look beautiful after Pure Dry cleaned them! The technicians even gave me advice on keeping up with old and new pet stains. Also, I recently had them clean the upholstery of my sectional, two Ottomans, and an overstuffed chair. They look like new!
