Apparently using certain pet stain removers leaves a horrible residue that picks up dirt, leaving carpet to look stained. Luis explained this, and more, about carpet care during his visit. Very pleased with this service. Todd responds quickly, Luis was prompt, the service was quick, and now that the carpets are thoroughly dry, we can definitely recommend them!

He also cleaned a wool area rug and removed a spot that I couldn’t. When it’s time to replace carpets on our second floor, I will definitely call him. We had a frozen line this winter that caused water spilling from our washing machine into our upstairs hallway. Pure Dry to the rescue! Luis spent 3 hours taking great care in every room to make sure my carpets were perfect. We have dogs so the special treatment they apply works really well to keep our spaces clear of stains.
